Select your Dream Home
Select a suitable dream home based on budget, site, and family needs. Customize the design with an architect or builder, stay within budget, and prioritize practicality and beauty.

Plan an on-site consultation
To ensure a smooth and cost-effective building process, it's crucial to request a site inspection and formal quotation before building. This will provide a clear understanding of site costs and help you make informed decisions about your project.

Proposal Preparation
Upon receiving the formal tender, review outlined costs and requirements. Discuss any changes with DCH consultant, add/remove requirements or make variations. A revised tender will be prepared with modifications. Make informed decisions about the project.

Acceptance of tender
When submitting a construction tender, it's important to understand conditions, such as a 30-day acceptance timeframe, to prevent delays.

Blueprint creation
Your plans will be prepared by our architectural drafting designers. A colour selection pack will be sent to you to prepare for your external colours.

Execute the Contract
Our Contracts service co-ordinator will contact you to arrange a time to sign the building contract. A letter of loan approval from your lending authority will be required.

Submission to Council or (CDC)
Once you have signed the plans, and provided necessary documents we will then either submit your application to a Council or a CDC to a private certifier. Our pre-construction administrator will monitor your Council/CDC progress.

Colour Selection
Whilst your plans are in Council you will be required to complete all your internal colour selections. By appointment our selections co-ordinator will assist you in completing your colour selection documentation.

Building Approval
When the development application is received our estimators check approval documentation and any final variations. A final tender is prepared for your acceptance

Construction – Completion
Your new home is constructed to the highest standards of quality. Once completed your construction supervisor will arrange a hand over inspection. You then arrange for your final payment and collect the keys to your new home!
